Cora Dittkrist

Cora Dittkrist was born 1967 in Arosa, Switzerland, and is an enthusiastic sportswoman who is fond of traveling and nature. She grew up in the Hochsauerland and completed an apprenticeship as a travel agent. Cora studied dual sports and tourism management in Marburg/Lahn. Health and a job offer led her to Sylt, from where she traveled the world and got to know other cultures and their cuisines. Cora continually educated herself in the areas of fitness and nutrition and acquired numerous trainer licenses in the field of fitness and martial arts. She worked part-time as a personal trainer and yoga instructor. After 9/11 shook the travel industry, and after a 2-year sabbatical in Mallorca, she became a non-medical practitioner. Since then, Cora has enthusiastically accompanied people who are willing to invest in themselves and their health. She works in her own practice, offering various nutrition, exercise, and treatment concepts. But, most of all, Cora likes to hike with the fasting guests over the islands of Sylt and Mallorca. In doing so, she motivates course participants to value themselves more – here and now.
