Dr Leandro Chambrone received a DDS and a Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from Methodist University of São Paulo in Brazil. Subsequently, he earned a masters degree and PhD degree in periodontics from the University of São Paulo. He serves as a faculty member in several prestigious institutions in North America, South America, and Europe. He holds positions of Associate Professor at Egas Moniz University (Portugal), Ad honorem Associate Professor at El Bosque University (Colombia), Visiting Professor at the University of Iowa, and Adjunct Associate Professor at Penn School of Dental Medicine. Beyond his enthusiasm and dedication as an educator and health care provider, Dr Chambrone is also heavily involved in clinical research and evidence-based dentistry. He has authored over 150 papers, including some commissioned consensus reviews for the American Academy of Periodontology and the European Federation of Periodontology. Dr Chambrone currently serves as Section Editor of Clinical Research for The International Journal of Oral Implantology and Section Editor of Periodontics for the Journal of Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry.

Prof Iain L.C. Chapple, PhD, BDS, FDSRCPS, FDSRCS, CCST (Rest Dent), is Professor of Periodontology and Consultant in Restorative Dentistry, and Head of Research for the Institute of Clinical Sciences, at the University of Birmingham, UK.

Stephen graduated BDS (Malaya) in 1983, MDSc (Melbourne) in 1987 and completed a PhD at the University of Melbourne in 2008.  He was awarded Fellowship by examination of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS) in 1988 (KG Sutherland Prize).  He holds the position of Clinical Associate Professor at The School of Dentistry, The University of Melbourne. Stephen’s clinical and scientific interests are in the field of periodontal tissue regeneration, bone grafting and dental implants. He has published over 30 papers in peer-reviewed journals, authored 2 textbooks and contributed chapters to 6 textbooks. Stephen is president-elect of the ITI (International Team for Implantology), an international not-for-profit academic organization in the field of dental implantology with over 15,000 members worldwide in over 100 countries.  He has served as chairman of the ITI Education Committee and is currently a member of the ITI Board of Directors.  In Australia, he has contributed significantly to local academic and professional associations, having previously served as chairman of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontists (ANZAP), Australasian Osseointegration Society (AOS) and Australian Society of Periodontology (ASP).  He was awarded honorary life membership of the Australasian Osseointegration Society (AOS) for services to the organization.

Dr. Chia-Yu (Jennifer) Chen received her dental degree (DDS) from Kaohsiung Medical University in Taiwan and completed her periodontology training and Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) in oral biology from Harvard School of Dental Medicine.

At HSDM, Dr. Chen was selected as a Presidential Scholar and, at graduation, was the recipient of both the James H. Shaw Award for excellence in biomedical research and the Joseph L. Henry Award, which recognizes excellence in research and clinical training from Harvard.

Dr. Chen is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. She maintains a clinical practice limited to periodontology and implantology in the Faculty Group Practice at the Harvard Dental Center.

Dr. Gerard Chiche is the Director of the Center for Esthetic and Implant Dentistry at Georgia Regents University, College of Dental Medicine in Augusta, Georgia. In 2009 he became the first recipient of the Thomas P. Hinman Endowed Chair in Restorative Dentistry at his university, sponsored by the Hinman Dental Society. He is a Past President of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. He has authored two textbooks entitled Esthetics of Anterior Fixed Restorations and Smile Design – A guide for Clinicians, Ceramists and Patients.

He is a dentist and a specialist in implantology and esthetic dentistry Master of Science in Oral Implantology. He obtained the title of doctor in 1993 after graduating from the faculty of dentistry at the Medical Academy in Gdańsk. Since 1996, he has been running his own dental practice specializing in esthetic dentistry and implantology. He is a unsurpassed specialist, treasury of vast knowledge and elite of world implantology. He is an esthetic dentistry specialist. He is also a precursor to the use of 3D printing in Polish dentistry. He has over 25 years of experience in the complex process of implant placement. In his daily work, he puts the patient’s good first. The key to his success is not only the vast knowledge acquired around the world and many years of practice, but above all the active use and understanding of implant planning. BS Chong is Professor of Restorative Dentistry/Honorary Consultant, Endodontic Lead & Director, Postgraduate Endodontics, Barts & The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary University of London. In addition, he is a General Dental Council (UK) registered Specialist in Endodontics and has been in private practice since 1990. Professor Chong is the Editor and contributing author of two editions (6^th and 7^th) of Harty's Endodontics in Clinical Practice; author of Managing Endodontic Failure in Practice; contributing author to Self-Assessment Picture Tests in Dentistry: Endodontics and Principles of Endodontics. He is also on the Editorial Board of the International Endodontic Journal, and President, British Endodontic Society (2017-18).

Kwangchul Choy, DDS, MS, PhD, is a former professor of orthodontics at Yonsei University. He completed his orthodontic training at Yonsei University and was a research fellow and visiting professor at the University of Connecticut. Dr Choy is currently a clinical professor at Yonsei University as well as an adjunct professor of orthodontics at Ewha Womans University. He has published over 30 papers and book chapters in the field of biomechanics of tooth movement and orthodontic appliances. Dr Choy lectures around the world on biomechanics and maintains a private practice in Seoul, South Korea.

Stephen J. Chu, DMD, MSD, CDT, MDT, is an adjunct clinical professor at the New York University College of Dentistry in the Departments of Periodontology, Implant Dentistry, and Prosthodontics. He has contributed to over 80 publications, including six textbooks, and has given lectures nationally and internationally on the subjects of esthetic, restorative, and implant dentistry. Dr Chu maintains a private practice limited to fixed prosthodontics, esthetic dentistry, and implant dentistry in New York City.
