Dr. Pascal Magne ist außerordentlicher Professor mit Festanstellung und Professor der Don and Sybil Harrington Foundation für ästhetische Zahnmedizin in der Abteilung für restaurative Zahnmedizin an der University of Southern California Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry in Los Angeles. Er schloss 1989 sein Studium der Zahnmedizin an der Universität Genf in der Schweiz mit dem Titel Med Dent ab, promovierte 1992 und erhielt 2002 den Titel Privat Dozent. Dr. Magne absolvierte eine postgraduale Ausbildung in festsitzender Prothetik und Okklusion, operativer Zahnheilkunde und Endodontie und war von 1989 bis 1997 als Dozent an der gleichen Universität tätig. Von 1997 bis 1999 war er Gastdozent am Minnesota Dental Research Center for Biomaterials and Biomechanics an der University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Nach Abschluss seiner zweijährigen Forschungstätigkeit kehrte Dr. Magne an die zahnmedizinische Fakultät der Universität Genf zurück und übernahm die Position eines leitenden Dozenten in der Abteilung für festsitzende Prothetik und Okklusion, bis er im Februar 2004 an die University of Southern California berufen wurde. Er ist mehrfacher Preisträger des Schweizerischen Wissenschaftsrats und der Schweizerischen Stiftung für medizinisch-biologische Stipendien und wurde 2002 mit dem Young Investigator Award der International Association for Dental Research sowie 2007, 2009 und 2018 mit dem Judson C. Hickey Scientific Writing Award (für den besten im Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry veröffentlichten Forschungs-/Klinikbericht des Jahres) ausgezeichnet. Außerdem wurde er 2016 mit dem Distinguished Lecturer Award der Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics ausgezeichnet. Dr. Magne ist Autor zahlreicher klinischer und wissenschaftlicher Artikel über Ästhetik und adhäsive Zahnheilkunde und ist ein international bekannter Mentor und Dozent zu diesen Themen. Die erste Auflage seines Lehrbuchs wurde in 12 Sprachen übersetzt und gilt als eines der herausragendsten Bücher auf dem Gebiet der adhäsiven und ästhetischen Zahnheilkunde. Dr. Magne ist Gründungsmitglied der Academy of Biomimetic Dentistry und Mentor der Bio-Emulation-Think-Tank-Gruppe. Im Jahr 2012 führte er einen revolutionären Ansatz für die Lehre von Zahnmorphologie, -funktion und -ästhetik (den 2-D/3-D/4-D-Ansatz) für Studienanfänger an der Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry der USC ein.
Michel Magne is a renowned master ceramist and expert in the art and science of aesthetic dentistry. An internationally sought-after speaker and educator, he lectures and teaches at some of the top dental schools both in the U.S. and abroad, including UCLA, University of Southern California, New York University, University of Geneva, and the University of Barcelona in Spain.
Michel received his dental technician certification in 1979 in his home country of Switzerland. He specializes in aesthetic rehabilitations and bonded porcelain restorations, and has published extensively on these topics.
Before co-founding Beverly Hills Dental Laboratory, Michel was an associate professor of clinical dentistry and director of the Center for Dental Technology at the USC. He also ran his own laboratory, 901 Oral Design, in Marina del Rey. Prior to that, he spent 12 years as the owner and director of the Oral Design Center at the Dental Laboratory in Montreux, Switzerland.
Dr. Christian Maischberger, der gemeinsam mit Prof. Dr. Hannes Wachtel die zahnärztliche Leitung und die Geschäftsführung der implaneo Dental Clinic sowie des implaneo Dental Labors übernommen hat, steht für die innovative Weiterentwicklung und Weiterführung des implaneo-Erfolgskonzepts.
Dr. Maischberger studierte zunächst Zahnmedizin an der 1. Medizinischen Fakultät der Karlsuniversität in Prag. Bei seinem anschließenden Promotions-Studium in der Abteilung für zahnärztliche Prothetik an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München veröffentlichte er bereits seine ersten nationalen und internationalen wissenschaftlichen Publikationen.
Direkt im Anschluss an sein Studium wurde Dr. Maischberger Teil des implaneo-Teams und über mehrere Jahre von Prof. Dr. Wachtel und Dr. Bolz auf den Gebieten der Implantologie, mikrochirurgischen Parodontologie und ästhetischen Zahnheilkunde ausgebildet. Diese Ausbildung wurde durch einen berufsbegleitenden Masterstudiengang für Implantattherapie und Parodontologie der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Parodontologie ergänzt und intensiviert.
Neben komplexen chirurgischen und prothetischen Gesamtsanierungen zählen vor allem minimalinvasive, ästhetische Veränderungen und Behandlungen des Frontzahnbereichs zu den Spezialgebieten von Dr. Maischberger.
Kenneth A. Malament, DDS, MScD, is a clinical professor at Tufts University and a course director in the Postgraduate Department of Prosthodontics. He is president of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, a fellow of the American and International College of Prosthodontists, and a member of the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics and the Academy of Osseointegration. Dr Malament is the recipient of several awards in prosthodontics, including the American College of Prosthodontists’ Clinician/Researcher Award, the Daniel F. Gordon Award for Lifetime Achievement and Distinguished Lecturer, and the first Frank V. Celenza Memorial Award from the Northeastern Gnathological Society. He maintains a full-time private practice limited to prosthodontics in Boston, Massachusetts, that includes a dental laboratory with master dental technologists.
Jay P. Malmquist, DMD, FACD, FICD, FAO, is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who maintains a private practice in Portland, Oregon. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists, the Academy of Osseointegration, and the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He was the first treasurer and first president of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons from the Pacific Northwest and currently serves as chairman of the Foundation of Oral Rehabilitation. He has written numerous articles and book chapters on bone grafting, implant surgery, and tissue regeneration and has lectured internationally on these subjects in more than 20 countries. Dr Malmquist is a former professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Oregon Health Sciences University, where he taught for 27 years.

Jordi Manauta was born in Mexico City, where he graduated cum laude. in dentistry from UNITEC (Universidad Tecnológica de México) and apprentice of Dr. Miguel Angel Tamés (Mexico) and Dr. Walter Devoto (Italy). He continued his postgraduate studies in Operative and Aesthetics Dentistry Master in UIC (Universitat Internacional de Catalunya) in Barcelona. He is visiting professor in the Siena and Marseille University. He has developed various materials and instruments for aesthetic dentistry and photography in collaboration with international companies. He is the author of the book Layers (quintessence 2012). Scientific consultant for two European Journals. Author and co-author of many publications in international journals, he is frequently invited as a lecturer on these topics. He is dedicated to his private practice.
George A. Mandelaris, DDS, MS, is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and a fellow in both the American and International College of Dentists. He has published more than 40 scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals and has authored eleven chapters in nine different textbooks. Dr Mandelaris is coeditor of Surgically Facilitated Orthodontic Therapy: An Interdisciplinary Approach (Springer, 2022) and serves as an editorial consultant for The International Journal of Periodontics & Restorative Dentistry. He is a two-time recipient of the American Academy of Periodontology’s Clinical Research Award and the 2018 recipient of the Saul Schluger Memorial Award for Clinical Excellence in Diagnosis and Treatment Planning. Prof Francesco Mannocci (MD, DDS, PhD, FHEA) is a Specialist in Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry. He obtained his MD (Pisa, Italy, 1986) and DDS (Pisa, 1990) in Italy, and his PhD in Clinical Dentistry from King's College London in 2001. After having worked in private practice in Pisa for 18 years while collaborating with the University of Siena as a Visiting Professor he became Lecturer in Endodontology at King's College London in 2004, Senior Lecturer/Honorary Consultant in 2006, Head of Endodontology in 2008, and Professor of Endodontology at King’s College London in 2011.
Prof Mannocci has authored more than130 papers in international peer reviewed journals. Prof Mannocci is Associate Editor of the International Endodontic Journal. Prof Mannocci has done research work on subjects including restoration of endodontically treated teeth, instrumentation techniques, dental anatomy, histology, endodontic radiology and endodontic microbiology.
