XO CARE is a Danish manufacturer, previously known by the name of FLEX DENTAL. For more than 65 years the company has been designing and manufacturing dental equipment in Denmark. In this video, you can watch the manufacturing process of the XO FLEX, the most ergonomic dental unit in the market and XO CARE´s newest creation. The video starts with an aerial view of the city of Copenhagen, followed by an overview of the XO FLEX manufacturing process, including aluminium casting, painting, priming and electronic part production. It also shows the quality inspection that takes place before and after the parts arrive at XO CARE HQ in Hørsholm, where they are eventually assembled and packed.
