Dr. Bart Silverman’s dental journey began after he graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1982 Summa Cum Laude. He then went on to receive his doctorate in Dental Medicine in 1986 from Fairleigh Dickinson Jr. School of Dentistry, where he was a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. Dr. Silverman completed his Oral and Maxillofacial residency at Westchester County Medical Center in 1989 and was chief resident in his final year. Today, Dr. Silverman is in private practice limited to oral and maxillofacial surgery in New York City, NY, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology. He has given lectures in the field of implant dentistry for over 25 years and is passionate about continuing education. Dr. Silverman is an attending Physician at Westchester County Medical Center, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a Clinical Associate Professor at New York Medical College, Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery New York University School of Dentistry, and faculty at NYU Post Grad Continuing Education Dental Implant Program.

Massimo Simion, MD, DDS, is a professor and chairman of the Department of Periodontology at the University of Milan School of Dentistry. He is also a past president and member of the Council of the European Academy of Osseointegration. He serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Periodontology, The International Journal of Periodontics & Restorative Dentistry, and Clinical Oral Implants Research. Dr Simion has published several scientific papers and lectures internationally on periodontology, osseointegration, and bone regeneration.

Dr. Paul Sipos MSc. works as a periodontist and implant dentist at the Center for Implantology and Periodontology Amstelveen The Netherlands. His office maintains a SPSS database with over 16.000 implant treatments. He started his career as a dentist and periodontist for the Royal Netherlands Navy Dental Services and received periodontal training at the the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland (USA) and Academic Center for Dentistry Amsterdam (ACTA). He has published and co-authored several articles on periodontal and implant related subjects. He held the position as chairman of the Dutch Society of Periodontology (NVvP) and representative for the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP). His special interest lies in the field of soft and hard tissue maintenance and reconstruction.

Dr Siqueira is Professor of the Postgraduate Program in Dentistry, Grande Rio University, Rio de Janeiro, and Professor and Chairman of the Dental Research Group, Iguaçu University, Nova Iguaçu, RJ, Brazil. He has authored 11 books on endodontics, microbiology, and immunology and also several chapters for leading international endodontic textbooks. Dr Siqueira is one of the most prolific authors in dentistry, having published more than 400 scientific papers. He is the recipient of the 2014 Louis I. Grossman award from the American Association of Endodontists and the 2012 Louis I. Grossman award from the French Society of Endodontics. He currently serves as a member of the editorial board of several international journals for which he is also a reviewer. Dr Siqueira actively lectures on the subject of endodontics worldwide.

Christoph T. Sliwowski studied Dentistry in Warsaw (graduating in 1982). He has been practicing in Germany since 1987. Since 1989, his main interest has been implantology. In 1995, he took his doctorate in this subject with Prof Hubertus Spiekermann in Aachen; since 1997, his main focus of activity has been in implantology, and since 2003 he has been an Accredited Implantology Specialist with the German Society for Dental Implantology (DGZI) and the European Association of Dental Implantologists (BDIZ EDI). From 1998 to 2008, he was Medical Superintendent at the Zahnklinik Rhein-Ruhr, a specialist clinic for implant dentistry and esthetics in Mülheim on the Ruhr. Since 2010, he has been Director of the Zahnimplantat Klinik Düsseldorf, a dental implant clinic, which he set up at the St Vinzenz Hospital in Düsseldorf.

Dr. Boris Sommer, President of the German Society for Esthetic Botulinum Toxin Therapy (DGBT), runs a private practice specialized in Esthetic Dermatology in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

David Sonntag is a specialist in endodontics and has been head of the Endodontology Master's program at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf since 2010. He works in private practice as an endodontist and advises companies on the development of NiTi instruments. He has lectured in the field of endodontology in Germany and abroad and has published on this topic since more than 20 years.

Sergio Spinato, DDS, PhD, is adjunct professor at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy, and secretary of the International Piezosurgery Academy. He has published over 40 articles in peer-reviewed international journals. Dr Spinato maintains a private practice in Sassuolo, Italy.
