Stefano Inglese

After graduating in Dental Technology, Stefano Inglese has always shown interest in the exact aesthetic-functional reproduction of dental restorations. Thanks to countless courses and work experiences abroad with the best masters, technicians and clinicians, he has perfected his technique and his precision in aesthetics, function and biological integration. He is the owner of a dental laboratory in Pescina (Aq). He is an Oral Design member and an active member of the IAED. Stefano Inglese writes for national and international magazines in the sector, such as Quint. of Dental Technology as well as for Quint. Zahntechnik. He is co-author with Dr. Sclar in the book “Interdisciplinary Treatment Planning II”. He is an international speaker and collaborates with various clinicians from all over the world. He is the author of the book "Aesthetic Dental Strategies" available in Italian, English, Chinese and Russian.

Es handelt sich um Konzepte, die bei der Arbeit im Zahntechniklabor angewendet werden sollten, um Restaurationen zu gestalten, die die biologischen Strukturen schonen und erhalten und Schäden an ihnen minimieren. The Effect of Implant Abutment Design on Long-Term Soft Tissue Stability: A Clinical Case Report

Prosthetic rehabilitation of malpositioned anterior dental implants can be challenging. Interdisciplinary treatment planning and precise execution of biologically acceptable prosthetic and surgical protocols are essential to achieve optimal esthetic results and while avoiding and managing esthetic complications. This case study focuses on the restorative aspect. Two sets of custom gold abutments were used prior to and following surgical correction of a pre-existing soft and hard tissue ridge defect surrounding maxillary central incisor implant restorations. A stable and esthetically pleasing result was documented 7 years following delivery of definitive esthetic central incisor implant restorations.

Ästhetischer Erfolg durch individualisierte Behandlungsplanung

Eine Fallbeschreibung
Bei der Versorgung mit Zahnersatz, der die Ästhetik eines Gesichts beeinflusst, muss sich die Planung nicht nur an allgemeinen Richtlinien der Ästhetik orientieren, sondern in erster Linie an dem zu versorgenden Individuum. Nur so kann ein harmonisches Zusammenspiel von Gesicht und Zahnersatz erreicht werden, denn bereits geringe Veränderungen in der ästhetischen Zone können nachhaltige Folgen auf die gesamte faziale Ästhetik einer Person haben. Dieser Beitrag stellt einen Behandlungsfall vor, bei dem umfangreiche ästhetische Defizite der oberen mittleren und seitlichen Schneidezähne allein durch eine Formkorrektur der vier oberen Schneidezähne behoben werden konnte.
