Dr. Pierpaolo Cortellini received his MD from the University of Florence (Italy) in 1980, and his DDS in 1984 from the University of Siena (Italy). Dr Cortellini is the Secretery of the Accademia Toscana di Ricerca Odontostomatologica, Firenze Italy, and Board Member of the European Research Group in Periodontology, Berne (CH). He is active Member and Past President of the Italian Society of Periodontology and Past President of the European Federation of Periodontology. Promoter of “Project Periodontal Diagnosis” and Coordinator of the 5 “National Educational Projects” from SIdP, he was Scientific Chairman of Europerio 6. He runs a private practice in Florence (Italy), with services limited to periodontics. Dr. Cortellini is involved in clinical research in periodontology since 1982, with special emphasis to periodontal regeneration, aesthetics, and diagnosis. Dr. Cortellini lectures extensively on a national and international level; he is referee of scientific journals in the field of periodontology, and is the author of more than 100 original publications in scientific journals.

Dr. Karim Dada, DDS, MS, graduated with a degree in dental surgery and post-graduate certificates in implant prosthodontics and implant surgery from the Paris Descartes University. Dr Dada was recognized in 2005 by the Académie Nationale de Chirurgie Dentaire for his work in providing implant treatment to patients with head and neck cancer who are undergoing radiotherapy. Dr Dada maintains a private practice in Paris focusing on perio-plastic surgery and implant dentistry.

Till Dammaschke wurde 1965 geboren und studierte 1986 Soziologie, Politik und Geschichte an der Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. 1987 wechselte er zum Studium der Zahnmedizin an der Georg-August-Universität und legte dort 1993 sein Staatsexamen ab. Ab 1994 war Till Dammaschke zunächst wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter in der Poliklinik für Zahnerhaltung der Westfälischen Wilhelms-Universität Münster. 1996 erfolgte die Promotion an der Georg-August-Universität. 1998 wurde Till Dammaschke zum Oberarzt der Poliklinik für Zahnerhaltung der Westfälischen Wilhelms-Universität ernannt und 2007 zum Akademischen Rat. 2008 erfolgte die Habilitation, 2009 die Ernennung zum Akademischen Oberrat und 2012 zum außerplanmäßigen Professor. Seit 2015 ist Till Dammaschke Leiter des Bereichs „Kariologie und Kinderzahnheilkunde“ der Poliklinik für Parodontologie und Zahnerhaltung, Münster.
Neben der Vitalerhaltung der Pulpa liegt ein weiterer Schwerpunkt seiner Forschung in der Endodontie auf Kalziumsilikat-basierten Zementen und Sealern. Bettina Dannewitz ist ein Weilburg geboren und hat in Heidelberg Zahnmedizin studiert, wo sie auch Ihre dreijährige Spezialisierung im Fach Parodontologie abgeschlossen hat (2004). Sie hat an der Universität Heidelberg promoviert (2001) und habilitiert (2009) , und eine außerplanmäßige Professur an der Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main (seit 2018). Von 2019-2022 war sie Präsidentin der deutschen Gesellschaft für Parodontologie (DG PARO), einer der größten zahnmedizinischen Fachgesellschaften in Deutschland. Seit 2022leitet sie das Communications Committee der European Federation of Periodontology (EFP). Zudem ist sie Autorin zahlreicher wissenschaftlicher Publikationen und Fortbildungsbeiträge, Gutachterin in mehreren Fachzeitschriften und Referentin auf großen internationalen und nationalen Tagungen.
